Ever heard of Piöda? The word means "smooth rock slab" and already explains what Piöda is: grilling on a hot stone slab. The independent grilling of various meats, fish, vegetables and vegetarian alternatives on the Bergell granite stone slabs gives dinner a unique touch and is particularly suitable for groups. The offer is varied and also brings one or the other surprise on the plate, such as kangaroo meat, ostrich or Engadine quail eggs - all from trustworthy and sustainable animal husbandry. We also serve a variety of side dishes such as East Swiss Fries, Rosemary Cuts, Basmati Rice as well as salad and our homemade sauces that make every combination special.
