Pastry specialties from the Engadine
The confectionery Hauser St. Moritz produces Engadine specialties such as the famous Engadine nut cake, baked goods such as bread, pancakes and croissants, cakes, patisserie, truffles and chocolate souvenirs. The Hauser Confiserie tradition dates back to 1892. The recipes have been adapted and perfected over the years. In this manufactory, where the craft of the confectioners of yesteryear is maintained, we use regional ingredients whenever possible.
