F&B Assistant (100%)

We are looking for reliable support for our restaurant. You will help with menu planning, the procurement of offers and take on administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for quality, safety checks and the maintenance of materials and machines. Your team spirit ensures harmony, even in stressful situations.

Deputy Director (100%)

As Deputy Director, you'll be involved and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the hotel, restaurant, and confectionery departments. You'll assume responsibility in the operational and administrative areas, lead and motivate our team together with the department heads, and ensure that our high quality standards are always maintained. You'll be actively involved in budget planning, keep an eye on costs, and help shape strategic development. You'll also represent our hotel confidently and competently to guests, partners, and the entire team.

Chef de Rang / Service Employee*in (80-100%)

You are a courteous personality & have a friendly smile? For our team we are looking for an experienced person who appreciates regional specialties and keeps a cool head in hectic situations. This includes running our own à la carte station with mobile cash register system, advising guests, creating the daily mise-en-place and much more.

Chef de Partie / Young Chef (100%)

We are looking for a trained cook. You support the team in the kitchen energetically, keep the overview even in stressful situations and can cook all items on the menu. In addition, you are jointly responsible for inventory management and quality control in the kitchen area and for the menu plans.

Casserolier (100%)

As a casserolier, you ensure with speed and cleanliness that dishes and kitchen utensils are always in top condition and that the restaurant and kitchen run smoothly.
