Suitable for winter, Hauser Confiserie offers our homemade apple-cinnamon, gingerbread or blood orange truffles, Christmas cakes, chocolate snowmen and panettone. A wide range of delicious cakes and pastries from the Hauser Backstube awaits you every day. Upon request, we will also be happy to create your individual cake.

In addition to the Christmas delicacies from the confectionery, a homemade mulled wine goes wonderfully with the wintry mood. The Veltliner red wine is boiled down for a long time with fresh oranges, lemons and selected spices and warms from the inside after a beautiful winter day.

As a refreshing aperitif drink we recommend the Iva liqueur with ginger ale. The Engadine herbal liqueur is produced according to a centuries-old recipe and in a small manufactory in Tschlin. Enjoy hot and cold drinks around the fire at the Roo Bar.
