The Hauser Engadin nut cake is made from 100% Swiss raw materials and is an Etichetta Hauser product.
Traditionally, the pastry chef mixes the pieces of tree nuts, the caramel and the milk together and then bakes them for exactly 28 minutes at 200°.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat, milk. Fat, milk, tree nuts from Malans (12%), eggs, butter, glucose, margarine, baking powder, salt, citric acid.
