As winter slowly fades away and the last traces of snow glisten in the sun, one of the most exciting times of the year begins for us: the off-season. A phase that’s barely visible from the outside—but all the more vibrant behind the scenes.

The storefronts are glowing with a fresh new look—lighter, brighter, and full of smiles. Inside, we’re rearranging, decorating, and trying things out. Outside? The terrace is fully open again. The first guests are sitting there in their sunglasses, ordering their aperitifs, and savoring this very moment between two seasons.

The snow is melting away—making way for long afternoons in the fresh air, spontaneous drinks, and that special feeling of “it’s starting up again.” Not quite a classic winter yet, not quite a real summer—but that’s exactly what gives it its vibe.
